- Personal Information (First and Last Name, Email Address, Telephone and Mobile, Date of Birth, Scanned Photo ID)
- Your Business Information (Position, Company Name, Email Address and Company Address, Contact Number)
- Other person or organization’s information to verify the information you have provided

How we use your information?
Registration
- If you’ve registered to attend Global Project Management Forum, we collect your information to process and manage your registration through a third-party registrations company.
- You may receive communications via email, SMS and phone to update you regarding the event you are attending. Using the information, you have provided, we will create a profile for you to access all event tools which are managed by third-party companies.
Promotion & Marketing
- You may receive personalized recommendations and marketing that are tailored based on the information you provided to us and interaction on our website, applications and through our trusted partners visa SMS, telephone or email. Based on the information received, we will carry out statistical, technical and logistical analysis and strategic development and create personalized content and advertisements.
- We may also be in contact with you about other events or services of ours that we believe may interest you.
Customer Service
- We also collect information when you contact us to respond to your request, question, or issue, and to follow up on the resolution.
Who we might share your information with?
When we share your information to our vendors and partners, your information will be shared electronically via encrypted connections. We will be the data controller of your information and the other companies only process data under our instructions and cannot use the information for anything else. We take all reasonable efforts to ensure these third parties process your data securely.

If you do not want to receive communications from us, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Use of cookies and other tracking technologies
The Site uses a variety of technical methods for tracking purposes, including cookies. A cookie is a small text file written to a user’s hard drive that contains the ‘User ID’. Registration Terms & Conditions
Cancellation: Cancellation must be submitted in writing to registration@gpmf.world email. Cancellation is accepted 30 days prior to the event
Substitution: Substitution must be submitted in writing to registration@gpmf.world. Substitution is accepted 30 days prior to the event
Refund: Cancellation received 30 days prior to the event is entitled for full refund less admin and bank processing fee of SAR 500. Cancellation received after the cut-off is liable for the full registration fee. The organizer will only give a full refund when visa is declined less the admin and bank processing fee. Refund will take up to 30 working days to be processed from the confirmation date
Important correspondence will be sent to you by email.
Acceptance of registration is at the discretion of the organizers.
