The National Transformation Program (NTP) was launched shortly after the announcement of Saudi Vision 2030 in 2016, making it the first Vision Realization Program (VRP). NTP is the biggest VRP in terms of the number of strategic objectives assigned to it, with 34 strategic objectives falling within 7 sectors. NTP works with 7 leading entities to achieve its goals, they are: the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Investment, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture, and the Ministry of Economy & Planning.
