WORKSHOP 8: Decision-Making Under Pressure – Balancing Speed and Accuracy in Project Processes
Challenge: In high-stakes or time-sensitive projects, project managers often face pressure to make quick decisions,
which can lead to errors or misalignment. Participants must create solution by utilizing technology to balance speed with
accuracy in decision-making.
There are different groups: each group has two roles:
The Format:
The Moderator provides definition of the subject: Discuss challenges in decision-making during tight timelines, including
lack of data and conflicting priorities. Present decision-making frameworks such as the OODA Loop and SWOT analysis.
Provide guidance in technology influence to decision making and invite participant to think without any limit in creating a
technology solution that accelarate decision making with accuracy.
The group starts the discussion, The moderator's role is to facilitate the discussion and design the solution, finalize it with the group and present it to the room.
