I hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and I am a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), AACE International (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) and APM (Association of Project Management).

 My core competencies include design management, PMCM, earned value management system (EVMS), forecasting and financial analysis, cost analysis and reporting, trend and change management, and program and project controls. I am proficient in project planning and control software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, and I apply network diagram methods, schedule network analysis techniques, resource leveling, schedule compression, and performance analysis techniques to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and efficiency of construction projects and contributing to the development of the built environment.
