 Cem Cesur is a highly accomplished Project Director and Senior Project Manager with over two decades of experience leading large-scale infrastructure, wastewater treatment, and construction projects across the Middle East and Europe. Specializing in megaprojects, Cem has successfully directed multi-billion-dollar ventures, demonstrating expertise in project management, PMO establishment, risk management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.

 Currently serving as Project Manager / Deputy General Manager at VA Tech WABAG GmbH in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Cem is overseeing the $350M Al Haer ISTP wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 200 million liters per day, managing multidisciplinary teams across international offices to ensure seamless project execution.

 Previously, as Project Director at Dewan Architects + Engineers (UAE), Cem led the WYNN Al Marjan Casino Resort—the first casino resort in the GCC—handling the development of luxury hotels, VIP villas, and critical infrastructure, including district cooling and water systems.

 During his tenure as Project Director & PMO Manager at Dheya Tawfiqi Engineering Consultants Bureau (Bahrain), Cem spearheaded a 242-hectare city development project accommodating 35,000 residents, delivering infrastructure solutions for urban planning, airport expansion, and commercial hubs. His leadership resulted in a 22% improvement in client satisfaction and a 25% enhancement in project team efficiency.

 Cem has also led numerous infrastructure, utility, and energy projects in Oman, UAE, Jordan, and Turkmenistan, directing multi-disciplinary teams on airport expansions, desalination plants, water treatment systems, and residential developments. His expertise in FIDIC contracts, QA/QC, Primavera P6, and BIM integration has ensured the successful delivery of high-profile projects within budget and schedule.
