Dr. Elmo Elsayad is a seasoned leader in supply chain project management, serving as the founder and head of CVS Health’s PMO. He has developed the organization’s project management framework, leading a team responsible for major initiatives such as WMS implementations, warehouse control upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
Elmo’s global experience spans Egypt, China, Nepal, and the U.S., fostering his expertise in cross-cultural collaboration. Bilingual in Arabic and English, he combines technical and strategic skills to solve complex challenges.
As an adjunct professor at Hult International Business School, he teaches Organizational Program Management and mentors aspiring project managers. Elmo holds a DBA from UNC Charlotte, a Master’s in International Development from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the American University in Cairo. He is passionate about driving innovation and delivering results in dynamic, global environments.
