Eng. Fawaz Alaa Alrabeh has been CEO of the National Transformation Program – the first Vision Realization Program and biggest in number of assigned strategic goals - since January of 2025. This assignment resulted from his 12-year experience holding several leadership positions in different sectors, like strategic planning, performance management, budgeting, and delivery in both the public and private sectors. He began his professional journey at Saudi Aramco, where he supervised the execution and launch of several large global projects. Alrabeh holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and an Executive Master's in Business Administration from HEC Paris.
