With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership and business scaling, Hans is a seasoned expert in transforming companies into high-growth, profitable ventures. His career began at ABB as a Sales Engineer in 1979, before joining Hewlett-Packard, where he rose through the ranks from Product Manager to Product Line Manager, shaping key product strategies for the global tech giant.

 

Hans has led organizations at the highest level, serving as CEO of Deloro Stellite (€250M in sales, private equity-backed) and Spectris PLC (a London Stock Exchange-listed company with a market cap of $1.3 billion at the time). His leadership expertise spans industries, having also played a pivotal role in driving profitability at Flextronics Europe and Mars Electronics.

 

 A Stanford Graduate School of Business alumnus, Hans has leveraged his vast experience to shape corporate strategy as a Non-Executive Director for Novar PLC (London, UK) and Intra AB (Gothenburg, Sweden), as well as Chairman of Mirico Ltd (UK).

 

For the past decade, Hans has dedicated his expertise to advisory, coaching, and board leadership roles, helping scale-ups and startups achieve sustainable growth. He has worked extensively with Stanford GSB SEED in West Africa, serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board at 7startup, and mentored numerous high-potential ventures across the UK, Sweden, and West Africa.
