Executive Director
Imtenan Almubarak is the Executive Director of Project Planning and Management at KAPSARC. Previously, she held several positions including Director of Strategy Management Office at KAPSARC and a research fellow, focusing on policy research. Before joining KAPSARC, Imtenan worked in the US and KSA. She holds a master’s degree with distinction from DePaul University, Chicago. She obtained several professional certificates including the IMD’s Public Leadership Executive Program, certified KPI Professional, certified Strategy and Business Planning, certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is also a member of several professional organizations. Imtenan was a Future Energy Leader and a current expert at the World Energy Council in London and a board member at a non-profit organization in California.
