Iris Meinl`s passion for Project Management, AI & Digital Transformation started in the early 2000s. After graduating in Computer Science in 2006 she started her successful consulting career in Digital Transformation. In 2008 Iris Meinl joined the founding phase of the 4th Industrial Revolution in Germany. During the past 17 years she has supported well-known European manufacturing companies in various industries (i.e., Automotive, Manufacturing, Energy) on their digital journey in Digitalization of their Product Development Processes by using technologies like CAx, Digital Twin, IoT, PLM, or ERP. 2019 she started her own start-up in Dubai to bring her rich experience from Germany to the Middle East. She supports companies worldwide on their journey into Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation. As a woman, she has not always had it easy in these projects, so Iris is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment. Additionally, she provides Project Coaching and Training.
