Joe Castner is VP, Global Ecosystems for Oracle’s Construction and Engineering Global Industry Unit. Joe has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, bringing leading technologies to market globally in the areas of Project Management Information Systems, Data Security, Application High Availability and Data Center design and build. 

 In his current role, Joe is responsible for leading Global Alliances and Channels as well as Industry and Customer Innovation for Oracle’s Construction and Engineering Global Industry Unit. Leveraging Oracle’s three Industries Innovation Labs, Joe and his team evaluate new technologies that, coupled with Oracle solutions, enhance the delivery of projects across all asset-intensive sectors. 

 In prior roles at Oracle, Joe led the Americas sales organization for four years and the Europe sales organization for three years. 

 Before joining Oracle, Joe ran a $400M division at an Infrastructure Systems Integrator working with multiple technologies across communications, infrastructure, and security.

Joe has held prior leadership positions at Forsythe, Primavera, Evolve Software and VERITAS Software. He has participated in advisory boards in the areas of Engineering and Construction, Data Security and Disaster Recovery.

Utilizing his background in IT, Joe served as a board member for 3 years with ABOL, a technology driven non-profit with the charter of teaching underprivileged individuals reading skills that open more employment opportunities.

Joe and his wife along with their two daughters reside in Northeastern Ohio, USA.
