More than ever before, PMOs are in the spotlight for organizations around the world. New frameworks have been released, new associations are promoting certifications, and expectations are at an all-time high. This session will pull from the book, Atomic Habits, and Organizational Project Delivery from The PMO Squad, to explore practical application of behavioral and organizational change to deliver actionable takeaways to drive PMO success. As author James Clear wrote, “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”
Hybrid project delivery is a reality. Different teams use different methodologies and tools for their individual initiatives within hybrid portfolios, programs, or even single projects.
