Latifa Baba is a senior advisor with the Government of Canada, specializing in business and digital transformation. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in project management at the University of Québec, building on a master's degree in the same field. With extensive experience in program management, Latifa’s research focuses on sustainable project management, social license to operate, and stakeholder engagement. She is also a lecturer at the University of Sherbrooke, where she shares her expertise in project management with professionals and academics. Additionally, Latifa has been actively involved with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Outaouais Valley Chapter, serving as Vice President of Volunteers, Vice President of Strategy, and currently as an advisor to the chapter's president.
