Transformation and Strategy General Manager
A distinguished leader in strategic planning and organizational transformation with a proven track record of delivering impactful results across public and private sectors. As the General Manager for Transformation and Strategy at the Ministry of Culture, I oversee more than 400 initiatives with a 1.4 billion SAR budget, and drive large-scale initiatives aligned with Vision 2030. My achievements include leading the restoration of 50 culturally significant Heritage Mosques, the stewardship of UNESCO listed sites, and the development of world-class visitor centers.
Previously, I served as the Executive Director of Strategy for the Ministry of Interior, where I architected one of the region’s most comprehensive transformation programs, engaging multi-stakeholder teams to design regulatory frameworks and implement innovative national strategies. My private-sector tenure includes senior roles at Arcapita and Al Rajhi Capital, where I successfully managed multi-million-dollar investment portfolios, negotiated high-profile deals, and cultivated growth in assets under management.
My academic credentials include an Executive MBA and advanced certifications from globally renowned institutions such as IMD and MIT. My ability to lead high-stakes transformation initiatives, aligning strategic vision with operational excellence, and inspiring teams to deliver meaningful and sustainable impact, has established me as a trusted leader in shaping complex, high-stakes initiatives.
This session addresses the persistent challenge of translating high-level strategies into actionable project plans that deliver tangible results.
