Yuwon Kim has led NAVER Cloud Corp. as CEO since September 2022, bringing over two decades of experience in data and analytics. As Chair and CEO, he is committed to assisting global entities in adopting hyperscale AI technologies for a digital-first world. Under his leadership, NAVER Cloud Corp. launched HyperCLOVA X, a proprietary hyperscale AI model, and oversaw the opening of "GAK Sejong," Asia's largest data center, driving forward hyperscale AI capabilities.

 In addition to his role at the company, Yuwon has been a board member at LINE WORKS since April 2022, demonstrating his keen interest and influence in global business, including in Japan. He has actively pursued partnerships and collaborations with international companies. His strategic vision includes expanding NAVER Cloud Corp.'s global footprint, fostering international relationships, and driving global growth.

 Yuwon's career showcases a deep focus on data-driven innovation. He was Director of Data & Marketing at NHN Entertainment (2013-2017), and Director of Data & Information at NHN Corp. (2011-2013). Starting in 2006 as Head of Data Analysis at NHN Corp., he advanced the company's data capabilities. He holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Statistics from Seoul National University, underscoring his strong academic background.
