Speaker Travel & Visa Information

Speakers at GPMF 2025 are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own travel and accommodation. All expenses related to flights, visas, and lodging must be borne by the speaker.

Please ensure you have a valid Saudi visa or secure one in time. We strongly recommend initiating your visa application as early as possible, especially considering the increased travel demand during the Hajj season.
