Alexander Pattyn is the COO of certN, an independent assessment institute that helps certification organizations create and manage assessments and tests across various fields, including project and portfolio management. He holds master's degrees from the Catholic University of Leuven and continued his studies at University College London during this time he has received multiple academic awards.

With extensive experience in C-suite roles at fast-growing Belgian companies, Alexander has a deep understanding of the intersection between Human Resource Management, professional development, and business success. He regularly speaks at international conferences, sharing his expertise on how upskilling employees can drive growth and add real value to today's workforce.

Outside of work, Alexander is actively involved with First Aid NGOs, contributing to disaster response and first aid management. When he's not working or volunteering, he's usually outside training horses or going on long hacks in nature.
