Ali is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in project management, real estate development, infrastructure development, and engineering management. With a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, he has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-profile projects for renowned organizations such as Saudi Aramco, Red Sea Global, and Rua Al Madinah Holding.

Since September 2022, Ali has been serving as the Projects Development Director at Rua Al Madinah Holding Company. In this capacity, he leads the end-to-end project development mandate, with a primary focus on the Superblock 05 program. Ali also oversees the Development PMO, ensuring the implementation of robust project management frameworks and governance measures. His role involves driving project progress, enhancing stakeholder performance, and aligning outcomes with key development parameters and KPIs to achieve strategic objectives.
