Mr. Alsadeq started his career as a programmer. Progressively, he built deep project management (PM) experience, which enabled him to deliver project portfolio successful outcome, alongside coaching, consulting, and training services for private and government sectors across IT, construction, and R&D fields. Imad has led initiatives to establish and operate around 50 Enterprise Project/Program Management Offices (PMO) and Vision Realization Offices (VRO) with an agile, business-focused approach. Certified in P3M3 and OPM3, he has conducted PMO assessments, forming practical improvement plans for PMOs in telecom, mining, and government sectors. He also co-founded two consulting firms dedicated to driving innovation, transformation, and performance improvement. His hands-on experience has been instrumental in his development and presentation of new PM concepts, shared through technical papers and speeches across countries including Australia, the USA, Oman, Turkey, France, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Malta, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Egypt. Additionally, Imad has contributed to PM standards development and translation, and he is the author and co-author of multiple management and PM books.
